You have 30 days from the shipping date to try the boots on inside.

1. Trying on indoors does not mean breaking the boot in for 30 days.

2. No Wear Marks

3. Boots/Shoes must be returned so that another customer can feel they are receiving in new condition.

Note - Similar to other small outdoor industry companies, we are unable to accept returns after a time period of 30 days. 

• If the fit is incorrect after a few days, we are happy to send a return label to exchange for a different size, as long as they have only been worn indoors and can be sold as in new condition.
• Shipping - We cover shipping for 1 round of exchanges.

• If your boots do not work out, we are happy to provide you with a refund.
• We charge a restocking fee of $50.00 which helps to cover the credit card fee (2.6% +.30 cents per transaction, typically between $12-16 on 1 pair of boots/shoes), as this is money that we never receive. The restocking fee also covers part of the time that we invest providing fit guidance and preparing your order for shipment.
• Shipping is not included in the refund.
• Processing Time - We process refunds after boots/shoes have been inspected and put back into inventory. This process can take up to 30 days after receipt. We will process, please give us time.
• Note - Refunds are provided when boots have only been worn inside and returned in new condition.

• We are committed to providing you with a product that is free from material and workmanship defects that impact functionality for a warranty period of 90 days from the date of purchase. The warranty is provided for the original retail customer and is void if the boots are used for rental purposes. Normal tread wear and use are not covered by the warranty, but if any unusual issues occur, we are open to working with you to establish a constructive repair solution.
• Note - Each of our boots are constructed from the highest quality leathers and materials. There can sometimes be variations and nuances related to leather shading and stitching, but the durability is not impaired as the boot are constructed to last and soften, become more comfortable with age.
